GUEST HOUSE POLICY

We are an Auroville Guest House located in the beach area and all our rooms have a sea view. We have a car park and a large open space garden facing the sea. Our guest house is the perfect place to unwind and relax, not a place to party. We love nature, simplicity, and a peaceful atmosphere.

We have NO A/C, but you will get a nice sea breeze.
WiFi facility is available in the common area, and sometimes in rooms.
The Swimming pool is not available. Check-in hours: 11:00 A.M. – Check-out hours: 10:00 A.M. (sharp)
We do not provide restaurant services for lunch or dinner. You may order food from nearby restaurants.
Menus are in your room. Our Indian & international breakfast is served from 8h30 to 9 am.
Cooking is not allowed inside our premises.
The room will be cleaned once every 2 days.
Laundry service is provided for 5 kg per week if you stay more than 7 days.
Drinking alcohol and playing loud music are not allowed on our premises.
Our tap water is safe, but a bit salty, due to our proximity to the ocean.
We provide drinking water inside your room, and around the guest house.
Outsider visitors are not allowed without management permission.
Your booking is finalized once the down payment is received.

CANCELATION FEES

Up to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% fee
Up to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% fee
Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 100% fee

HOW TO GET TO US

We are on the East Coast Road Chennai. From Pondicherry, we are about one hundred meters to the right before the road entrance to Auroville, and at the bus stand, there is a temple called IYYANAR KOVIL with two big horses on the front. On the opposite side of the street, you’ll see one board written SAMARPAN Guest House and the village of Periya Mudaliarchavady. Follow through, turn left on the T, and right after. We are in the village, on the beach side.
